Paul Berzins is the CFO of Acumentrics and is responsible for financial reporting and driving operational excellence. He has worked on IPOs, debt acquisition and refinancing transactions, acquisitions, and divestitures throughout his career. Previously, Mr. Berzins served as CFO of SymphonyAI Industrial, a $45M SaaS business, streamlining their finance functions while supporting domestic and international development and sales teams. Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership roles with Dextrys, Teradyne, Manufacturer’s Services Ltd., Cambridge Technology Partners, and Aspen Technology. Mr. Berzins holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA in Finance from Bentley University.
