Nick Ouellette

Director of Sales Operations

Nick Ouellette brings over a decade of expertise in remote and rugged power technologies, with a strong focus on technical sales, customer engagement, and operational execution. Beginning his career at Acumentrics immediately after graduating from the University of Connecticut, Nick first built a foundation in test engineering and field service management within the solid oxide fuel cell sector. This early technical experience provided the groundwork for his transition into technical sales and capture strategy within the company’s Sales and Marketing organization.

Nick has since advanced into the role of Director Sales Operations, where he leads operational strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment to support the growth of Acumentrics’ rugged UPS power solutions. In this capacity, Nick leverages both his engineering background and customer-facing experience to streamline processes, enhance sales performance, and ensure the organization remains responsive to mission-critical applications in the defense, industrial, and remote-power markets.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, complemented by a minor in Materials Science Engineering, from the University of Connecticut.
